2XU Team Sports Brand Campaign — Your Sport, Our Support | Photo & Video Production Melbourne | We Make Good
The 2XU team sports brand campaign — Your Sport, Our Support, built to showcase the athletes who wear the brand. Timed to support their key retail partners at a pivotal moment in the calendar, the campaign needed to bring to life the wide range of athletes, high-energy, and cohesive across a wide range of sports and athletes.
The scope was ambitious: nine athletes across six sports, shot over four days in both a studio environment and on location in their natural sporting environment. Full pre-production process — talent coordination, location permits, production scheduling, and the crew .
With nine athletes across four days, we had to be on it with the scheduling. Once talent was locked in and shoot days were set, we built a full production plan that covered studio hire, location permits, athlete briefings, and crew coordination. The schedule was designed to maximise time in each environment without compromising quality. Studio first for each athlete, then straight to their sporting environment.
In the studio, the priority was hero campaign imagery capture with clean, bold stills of each athlete that could anchor the Your Sport, Our Support visual campaign across retail, web, and paid. James also captured interview-style pieces to camera for each athlete to support the campaign .
On location — basketball court, football pitch, netball court, soccer field. We captured athletes in their environment These assets gave 2XU the social and campaign content to tell each athlete's story in a way that connected with their audience.
One campaign. Four shoot days. Nine athletes. Six sports. Studio precision and on-location energy — built to perform across every channel.
We delivered a complete campaign with hero stills, athlete galleries, athlete video pieces, and social-ready cuts across every sport and athlete in the campaign. From pre-production through to final delivery.
